Our Financial Advice Business Total Wealth Planning requires an Administrator for our Head Office in Reigate


This is an exciting role for an experienced administrator / senior administrator to step up and help build a new and unique Independent Financial Advisory Firm. As an administrator you will be responsible for following processes and procedures that allow the service propositions to be fulfilled in the most efficient way whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external customers. 


It will be your responsibility to support our growing number of Financial Planners and part of your role will also include being the first point of contact for many of our clients. You will be required to work in a team environment and expected to go that extra mile ensuring that clients are treated with great care and attention.


You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager. This role would suit an individual with a proven track record of working within a fast paced environment and ideally a innovative advisory business.

Our Financial Advice Business Total Wealth Planning requires a further Research Specialist – Paraplanner (Office/Home Based)


Any applying candidates must be Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum, have a very good attention to detail and ideally 5 years or more experience in working with Financial Planners.


Strategy planning for High Net Worth clients including tax mitigation and trust advice is also a desired skill that we would like to see evidenced. As a fast growing IFA practice we require a further experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a professional, friendly, hardworking team. Ideally you should be Chartered or be making progress towards it and must hold CAS status. A candidate with a number of their own clients or a transferable client bank would be ideal.


In return a number of support services will be provided; full administrative support, access to leads through qualified appointment making, ongoing support for professional development.
